• Ensuring every dish is prepped, cooked, and plated to perfection according to our restaurant standards.

• Set up your section for smooth service, staying in control and organised even during the busiest shifts.

• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly.
