After completing one year of service, you will receive 4 paid sick days and an additional holiday day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 5 years.

Every day is exciting as a Senior Sous Chef. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage a team through busy fast paced service.
• Be confident with large events & set menus 
• Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring flawless service and maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Serve as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Oversee stock control, efficient rotation, minimal wastage, and monitor food costs to achieve budget targets.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves a British Gastro-Pub menu influence.
• Leads and motivates the kitchen team, ensuring efficient operations and high food preparation standards 
• Has a passion for preparing dishes based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.
• Understands health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene.
